WHAT WE DO? | WE PARTNER WITH YOU TO CREATE BETTER LEARNING EXPERIENCES

Learning Experience Design and Innovation partners with faculties adopting a project-based approach to innovation projects. LXD Innovation will work with you to systematically identify, select, and pilot platforms, systems, technologies, and applications that support student success. Our aim is to make technology more user-friendly, adapt our teaching practices, and develop new models of scheduled support and on-demand support.

By sharing individual and collective success stories that others can build on, LXD Innovation strives to enable faculties to cross-pollinate skills and ideas, as well as champion innovation and excellence.

Koshala is a Learning Experience Designer working in Nelson Mandela University's Learning & Teaching Collaborative for Success, where she specializes in innovation and emerging and integrated digital technologies to enhance learning, teaching, research, assessment, and business applications.

Tanitha is the first point of contact when asking for assistance via LTHelpdesk@mandela.ac.za. She aims to provide quick first-line investigation ensuring timely entry, updating, and closure of issues. Constant communication with the user ensure they remain informed and have peace of mind that our capable staff is working on resolving their issue as soon as possible.
